We also include download access in your purchase confirmation email. Digital products are available instantly — no waiting required.

Yes! All our digital products are cross-platform. The Desk OS (Notion template) works in any browser through Notion. The Focus Room works in any modern browser. Wallpapers are SVG/PNG format compatible with any OS. The Icon Pack works natively on macOS and includes ICO conversion instructions for Windows. Printable products (planner, labels) work from any browser's print function.

Every digital product purchase includes our Mono Icon Pack (20 minimal desktop icons) and Label Kit (46 printable workspace labels) at no extra charge. These are automatically added to your download page after purchase. Bundles also include both bonus packs.

After purchase, you'll receive a Notion template link. Click it and hit "Duplicate" in the top-right corner — this copies the entire 7-page workspace into your Notion account. You'll also get a detailed setup guide walking you through personalization. You need a free Notion account to use it (notion.so).

Yes — we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital products. If any product doesn't meet your expectations, email us at hello@monodeskco.com and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. We'd rather have happy customers than keep your money.

Yes! We regularly improve our digital products. For Notion templates, we'll email you a new duplication link when major updates arrive. For other products like The Focus Room, updates happen automatically since it's web-based. Wallpaper packs get new designs added periodically — existing customers get access to new additions for free.

Physical products ship within 7–14 business days. Orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 have a flat $5.99 shipping fee. If your order is digital-only, there's no shipping — instant delivery. Mixed orders (digital + physical) are charged shipping based on the physical items only.

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy on physical products. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at hello@monodeskco.com within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return.
