The Mono Planner app employs a strict zero-knowledge architecture. All of your personal content—including tasks, habits, goals, and journal entries—is encrypted locally on your device using AES-256 encryption before it ever leaves your device. We do not possess the decryption keys. Therefore, we cannot access, read, analyze, or share your personal planner data. An exception to this is if you actively opt-in to third-party integrations (such as the Live Calendar Sync). To allow external calendars to read your schedule, those specific schedule items are processed without end-to-end encryption. Your journal entries and habits always remain strictly encrypted.
Your email address is used solely to authenticate you, process payments via Stripe, facilitate encrypted sync, and send essential transactional receipts or account communications. We do not send marketing newsletters, and we never sell your information to third parties.
We use Stripe as our payment processor and Supabase as our backend provider for authentication and encrypted database storage. Both comply with modern privacy standards (SOC2, GDPR) and act as secure data processors.
Depending on your location, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data. You can export or permanently delete your account directly from the Mono Planner App settings at any time.
Our website and applications are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
