You must be at least 13 years of age to use our website, purchase subscriptions, or use the Mono Planner app. By accessing our services or completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older.
When purchasing a product or subscription via our store, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method through our third-party processor (Stripe). Subscription fees are non-refundable.
All sales of digital products and subscriptions (including Mono Planner Pro) are final. Once your account is linked and digital access is granted, no refunds will be issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
The Mono Planner app employs a Zero-Knowledge Architecture using AES-256 local encryption. We do not have access to your decryption keys, and we cannot recover your data if you forget your password. Activating optional third-party features, such as the Live Calendar Sync, requires specific schedule data to bypass encryption in order to function, which you explicitly agree to upon enabling. We strongly advise against storing highly sensitive legal or medical information in the app. You assume all responsibility for the data you store.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mono Desk Co. provides the website and software "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Mono Desk Co. or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from lost data, bugs, server downtime, or the use or inability to use our services.
All design, code, graphics, and content on the Mono Desk Co. website and Mono Planner app are the intellectual property of Mono Desk Co. and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the changes.
