Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of monodeskco.com and the Mono Planner application (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Mono Desk Co. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Purchases & Subscriptions

All purchases and subscription payments for Mono Planner Pro are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees. Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in Section 3.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of Mono Planner, we do not offer refunds on any purchases, including monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and lifetime licenses. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

4. Zero-Knowledge Architecture

Mono Planner employs a zero-knowledge encryption architecture. All personal data within the application—including tasks, journal entries, habits, goals, and financial records—is encrypted using AES-256 encryption on your device before being transmitted to our servers.

This means we cannot access, read, or recover your data. If you lose your encryption key or credentials, your data cannot be restored. You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your account credentials.

Calendar Sync Exception: If you choose to enable third-party calendar synchronization (e.g., Google Calendar, Apple Calendar), the calendar data shared with those services is transmitted in an unencrypted format as required by those platforms. This is the only exception to our zero-knowledge architecture and is entirely opt-in.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MONO DESK CO. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONO DESK CO. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, code, and intellectual property associated with the Service are the exclusive property of Mono Desk Co. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent from Mono Desk Co.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
